The sound system i'm using is missing the short cuts for
various controls, possibly due to missing files, i do not
have the original set up disk, is it possible to download
the software for this product.

I have these speakers also; unfortunately Microsoft decided not to support
them anymore so the special software is only available for Windows 98. This
is the main reason why I no longer buy hardware from Microsoft. The speakers
will still work fine in XP, but without the system tray volume control and
equalizer.
