Digital Signature/Windows Logo (XP Compatibility With Programs)

You can try installing the hardware then go to windows
update,it should provide the drivers.If 321 doesnt
have much affiliation with signed drivers or microsoft,
(windows update doesnt offer anything)you might consider
returning the product.
