Digital Printing! New 2 this

hi there

I got a new camera
its 6mp quality
very impressed so far

im new to photography and im hoping people on this forum can help me

I understand that its no longer the case where i would have to send off my film in the post to get pictures printed

I wanted to get some pictures printed either off of the net or in stores
how does this work?

do u have any websites for me please?
or any reccomendations or helps/ tips for this

Just take your memory card to any participating store that process Digital photographs and bobs yer uncle

 



Only takes one tree to make a thousand matches only takes one match to burn a thousand trees.

would it be best to print out the image on a4?

or what size is best

10cm by 15cm is generally the norm ...

6mp will blow up to A4 fine I'd guess, however just print it whatever size you want I just use the standard digital print sizes that most kiosks print.

Most of the time I use the Windows XP built in photo ordering wizard through Bonus Print - it works out at 10p each. They get posted out the next day and are very good quality. I'd recommend this method

i use kodak photo paper and my printer

My girlfriend has just bought me that HP Photoprint 335 you refer to above - she got it at Tesco Extra for £39.99 - you can also buy the Tesco heayweight glossy paper there as well.

Been using it over the weekend, it does pretty good 6" x 4" (10 x 15 cm) prints
