When I installed a new Motorolla wireless modem on my network,
I received the message "Digital line detected (PBX).." . I had removed all direct phone connections from the computer directly wired to the modem and this computer worked well. On the computer connected via wireless, I had left an old 56K, phone wire connection, from the computer to a phone jack. This caused the problem! Either remove such wires or disable your 56K modem connection in the computer having the problem.
I have windows XP on a Dell computer. Dell installs the PBX software.
