Digital Certificate Question - Help

I have an application that moves a single sheet to another workbook. It
moves Sheet1 from Workbook Act Mgmt and inserts it in a second Workbook named
Docking Station. I've set the user up with a Digital Certificate that's set
up in both of the worksheets. Even though they've installed it and my Macros
work fine in the first book, the program nulls it out once the sheet is moved
to the Docking Station Workbook - why?? Since both the user and the
workbooks are operating under the same Cert, this seems odd.

Normally a user can make edits, and save a workbook without it losing the
Cert, but why does the act of moving a page to workbook suddenly void out
access the next workbook??

Any ideas on what I can do to help it retain that data, or reinstall it
automatically? Otherwise, can you think of another way to accomplish this
same task of data transferring between books? The data needs to be in the
other workbook, but removed after the person has reviewed it.

Thanks in adavnce - Jenny B.
