digi cam trouble

Whenever i try to install my web camera(i have tried 2
logitech n mercury), the internet stops working. My
machine is XP . Then when i restore to old setting and
completely remove the digi cam internet starts runnig
again. Also when i install the camera it works very well
and shows all the feature.
