DIG Assertion Error

Not sure if this is a javascript error or an IE error.
Either way, I'm using NT4 SP6a.

I get an exclamation mark/yield sign error that reads:

DIG assertion

dig.composer.replaceToken: name and value are required
arguments. To remove a token, pass null as the value.

There is a call stack with some programming and comments,
but it would take a while to type.

Has anyone seen this error before? Any idea how to
resolve it?
