About diffrence between intrnal and extrnal exchange.

I have extrnal mail exchange some times i have problem in some user out look
proifle. in my ex-company we was remove the count from mail at control panel
and reconfigure it but there was intrenal exchange in the domaim. can i do
the same in my new company or the emails of users will be lost .
plz , tell me what i should do in this stiuation.

If the messages are kept on the Exchange server you can indeed simply
recreate your mail profile but I would suggest you keep the old mail profile
untill you have the new mail profile working correctly.
