I have been able to login to my website with FP on other computers, but this
one gives me this error message:

The server couldn't log you on, because you are connecting through a proxy
server, but the server's authentication scheme(s), do not work across a
proxy. Try adding the server to the Exceptions box in the Proxy Settings
dialog, or request the server administrator to enable another authentication
scheme.

I am using Windows 2k and no proxy server. I used to be able to log on from
this computer, but no more. I have used the detect and repair option, deleted
and reinstalled - all to no avail. It is a local issue. Suggestions?

Make sure you don't have a proxy set in Internet Explorer.
