Difficult Date Navigation with Speech Recognition

I find that it is very difficult to go to different dates in Microsoft
Outlook's calendar.

The calendar on the left-side and the main calendar mocks attempts to select
a date, as Vista's Speech Recognition can't even click on it with "Show
Numbers" and the only way to navigate is to say "Forward" and "Back."

Please improve Outlook's accessibility.
