For some reason out of the blue my guestbook is requesting login info
when my members hit the submit button. When they get the window it will
ask for login and PW. Then takes them to a blank white page with the
url of "http://<mydomain>.com/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/guest_Book.htm

Any advice on how I can get my guestbook back after trying to rebuild
it? I have tried to look for the '_vti_bin' folder AND the executable
that it is trying to find as well and came up short. Thanks in advance
