different page within the same page?

hi, i have created a website, with features on the index page that i would
like to keep on other pages, like the navigation bar, i can't figure out how
to do this and have had to make all pages the same as the index page but
different if u see what i mean? which is a pain as i have had to link up each
link on all pages which takes forever. can anyone help??

Use Dynamic Web Template (FP2003) to set out page layout and boilerplate
text, which includes link bars.
Or use FrontPage Include Files to include the link bars in each page. (See
Included Content Web Component in FrontPage help)
