Different homeages depending on whether you are on the Office Networkor Home Network.

I wonder if someone could guide me, I wanted to set a different IE
browser homepage depending on whether I'm on the office network via
VPN or on my home network.

The plan is to set via a GPO user homepages to our internal intranet
whilst connected from the office and via VPN remotely they will see
the homepage which is set to the internal intranet.

The problem arises when the user is not in the office or connected via
VPN can we set their homepage to a different homepage
