I have a Excel 2003 .xls file that is causing a problem! When I try and open
it I get a warning message "The file you are trying to open, 'myfile.xls', is
in a different format than specified by the file extension"

When I click to open teh file the data appears corrupted.

Any ideas would be appreciated?

Did you find a solution to this problem. Someone else said it was related to
SigmaPlot, but there was no solution.
