Different dial-up connections for different users

I am using IE6 on Windows XP Professional SP2. I use call-tracking on my home
phone to allocate charges when the bill comes in. I have created a seperate
dial-up connection for each member of my family which includes their tracking
prefix. All these work OK. My question is, is there a way to set a different
default connection for each user of the computer?
