Different day, different time zone

I and a number of colleagues regularly travel between the US, the UK and
Europe. Recurring appontments in our calanders and appointments made in
advance, generally appear at the time as shown in our home time zone. When
travelling we can re-set the time to the local zone, but that then makes it
difficult to schedule appointments the folliwng week, say, when we will be
back at home.

What would be really great would be the functionality in Outlook to specify
a different time zone to apply for a particular day or days ("I will be in NY
this week so switch all my appointments for this week to EST, but leave all
my other appointments at GMT", for example).

Any thoughts
