what are the tecnical differences between Pocket PC 2003 and Windows CE
..NET?

I think that Pocket PC 2003 is Based in Windows CE 4.2, I am mistaken?

Yes, PocketPC 2003 is based on CE 4.2, but it is a specially branded version
of CE 4.2. CE 4.2 devices may or may not even have a screen, so there is
wide variation in what you might find in the OS from one device to another.
With PPC, however, you have the same features on all the PPC2003 devices.

Since CE .NET is very componentized, it's not really possible to state the
differences. You could make a CE .NET device that is very similar to a
Pocket PC or very, very different.
