Difference of HyperLink in Excel, between Windows XP 32bit and 64b

Using Excel 2002 in Windows XP 64bit, excel sheet could be opened slowly,
because of hyperlink in the cell.
But, when Windows XP 32bit, the sheet could be opened quickly.
Could you tell me what is the difference between Excel in WinXP 64bit and
32bit, and tell me the reason?
