Difference in Dates

Good day.
I have 2 dates say Datein- In Cell A1 and Dateout-In Cell A2.
I want to calculate number of hours and minutes between these two date
taking care of these two
factors.
1) Number of working hours-8
2) Weekends to be excluded (Thursday and Friday)
Please help
