I'm developing a video product that uses a set of OCX's that appear to only
run correctly on Windows XP. The issue I'm having is that my development
system uses Windows Server 2003 as it's OS. This seems to be causing some
events to never occur; these events are required for normal operation. This
is putting a serious crimp in my ability to debug the system since these
critical events are intermittent.

So...is anyone aware of any differences between XP and Server 2003 that
might be cause to require XP only?

Plenty, have you considered using a virtual environment for your testing?
