Difference between Win CE and PocketPC 2002 0r PocketPC 2003

Dear All,
What is WinCE OS and PocketPC 2003. PocketPC 2003 also a OS? If
PocketPC 2003 is an OS, then what is WinCE? In my pocket pc it is
showing my os is wince. Please clarify this doubt.

OS = Operating System

PocketPC is a Microsoft standard for handheld devices that run Windows CE
(now Window Mobile).
