Did you notice the Information Bar?

Well, I guess I should have crossposted this initially. I've had to resend
it in a couple of groups due to no answer yet. Anyway...

If you have popups blocked this Windows message comes on the screen. It
gives you an opportunity to check "don't show me this window again" (or
similar). I did that. But now, how to I get the message to reappear? I
want it back to the default. Help?
