I run XP Home SP2 and IE7.

Does anyone know why Microsoft are still neglecting to fix this? The
feature does not update , saying that you have to connect to the Internet
despite the fact that you already are!!! There are numerous threads about
this and, up until about a year ago, it did update intermittently. However,
for the past year no-one can get it to update at all.

Come on Microsoft - either get it working or else remove the Did You Know
feature completely.

It's your fault for stupidly using IE7. Try Firefox or Opera.
