I am trying to create a new form but the toolbox is not showing up...can
anyone help?

Two ways to bring up the toolbox
1. right click on the meu bar you have, you'll get a list of tool bars,
select the right toolbar from the list

2. If the Form Design ToolBar apear, click on the button that has a hammer
and something else, sorry I have no idea what it is, that should bring the
ToolBar

Did you try going to the "View" menu and selecting "Toolbox"?

I think you right, amazing what so many houres in front of the computer can
do to person, I defenitly know how a mouse look like.
