Is there a way to recover the product key without being overcharged $49 just
to talk to someone? I kept the CD. I kept the cover it came in. I kept the
manual inside the cover. I thought for sure the key would be printed there
somewhere.

I also purchased FrontPage 2003 with the same type of CD cover and the
product key was listed inside the cover on a sticker. Why wouldn't it be the
same place on Office 2003? What an inconvenient pain!
