Where did my deleted "Sent Items go?

's Computer Specifications

I deleted some items from the Sent Items folder using the delete button. One
was deleted accidently as I wanted to keep it. None of them show up in my
Deleted Items folder. Any idea where they went or how to retrieve them? I'm
using Outlook 2007. Thanks

I found them!!!! Thanks to anyone who looked at my question.
