After you do the changes don't forget to adjust the Time Zone on your
machine, use the Time/Date applet to move the machine to a different
Time Zone then move it back to the proper Time Zone and *apply* the changes.

In my opinion the Intelliadmin patch is really the way to go with this,
it works very well and it is so easy to use.
