I am using the discussion group forum as a message board for people to post
current news and events. It is working great. Is there any way to set the
length oftime the info stays up? I would like to have it automatically come
off after 30 days.

Not possible with the FP discussion component. You would need a database driven forum application,
which one, will depend on what is supported by your web host.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

When I open the toc.htm file of the discussion group and right click a
posting, and open page properties, under the custom tab, in the top box under
Name it lists "expires" then a value currently set to "0". Will changing
this value mean the page will expire at a set time?
