dictionary in windows mail in the windows vista

windows mail does not have dictionary in Portuguese. You can install the
dictionary for spelling of Windows Mail?

No, Windows Mail only contains the 4 languages.
No more will be added.
The newer Windows Live Mail has 37 languages, including 2 Portuguese.

It does have a custom dictionary that you can add words to.
