What I have been noticing is a large number of internet users whom are still
using dialup. With no real way update windows.
How does a dialup user get all the required updates that their computer
needs. is there a place to buy a CD?

Beyond that we (I'm a dialup user most of the time) do what we've always
done and update on a regular basis. Just set it to update while you're going
to be busy doing something else.
