When my Verizon DSL online program was installed I was
able to automatically upon signing in pull up AOL
Broadband plus muy MSN and Verizon.
The day after installationI received an official looking
notice that informed me that I needed to change all my
passwords. Which I tried to do. After that everything
was messed up.
Now, I can't seem to connect to AOL without dialing-
up...WHY?
I can't find(do not remember) the program, in my control
panel to access the dial-up numbers i.e. Utica, Oneida.
What I understood that as soon as my Verizon Online DSL
was installed my computer would no longer use dial-up.
Why isn't that happening?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. It is
driving me crazy.
In addition, it is virtually impossible to sign in on my
Verizon Home page, for some reason the system won't
accept the pasword, even though it was just changed by a
Verizon technician a few days ago.
Is it advisable that I use the same password for my
MSN,Verizon,AOL,etc?
Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Maureen Reis
