How can I fix my dialup so it is not necessary to every
second dialup re-enter all the settings and what causes
numbers and words to disappear and change from one space
to another space? Clicking on APPLY does not keep them
where they should be! Phone numbers change and disappear.
I had a computer student about to graduate from college do
the installation of XP so it would be done correctly and I
believe it was correctly installed. I have downloaded over
60 fixes from Microsoft. Email typing a letter and at the
bottom of the second page both pages disappear. Also since
installing the downloads more and more error messages are
appearing. I hope somebody knows how to correct all of
these problems. So far Technician costs are running $1275
and this puter is not much better. Have had this puter in
the shops 36 times now and no one can fix it. Yes the hard
drive had all programs removed and cleaned so there was
absolutely nothing on the disk according to the
technicians. This was done twice. Jim
