About 3 days ago, I started having dialup problems. I
have two ISP's, and the default won't stay default under
IE. Neither IE nor Mozilla can connect unless I'm already
online. Then I click on my ISP icon, and after going
through the handshake, verifying me on the network, I'm
getting an error message ("Error 619: Spedified port is
not connected"). After rebooting once or twice, I can
finally dialup, and then I can bring up a browser page.
I've tried deleting my ISP connection and then starting
fresh, but that hasnn't helped. Anyone got any idea how
to fix this?
