there is an erratic behaviour in XP regarding routing IP
traffic from a dail-in connection to LAN interface(
connected to internet), could someone explain or help
regarding routing between the interfaces. The XP did
route when installed afresh, but after attack of blaster
worms(which r now removed successfully) the XP had
stopped routing packets to proxy server and ultimately no
access to internet is possible. Another obervation
regarding routing in XP, is that it did not route IP
packets to destination where the firewall was turned on
and all the methods were enabled i.e. HTTP FTP etc. Some
guideline on the issue would be highly apreciated.
