When I attempt to get on the Internet and click on the IE icon, the Dialup
Connection window pops up and then keeps replicating itself at the bottom of
the screen. I cannot get it to stop. Is there a fix for this problem
Thanks

I'm afraid I don't understand - you double click on the IE icon to get on
the internet, but you don't want the dialup connection window to popup? Maybe
you are looking for IE, Tools, Internet Options, Connections, [x] Never
dial... If you are looking for something else, please clarify.

Kind regards

Hans

When I double click on the IE icon, the Dialup window pops up. I want that.
But as soon as it pops up on the screen, it just keeps popping up along the
bottom of the screen as well. There are 15-20 or more dialup connection
boxes. I ctrl-alt-delete to bring up the task manager so that I can delete
one dialup connection popup at a time. Once I delete them all except one (the
original), I can then click on it to get on the internet. I hope I explained
my problem well enough, if not please let me know.
Thanks,
Brian

Which OS? If NTx use Task Manager's Go to Process
command to identify the problem application.
(Right-click the Application tab entry and choose that command;
it will switch you to the Processes tab with the appropriate executable
highlighted.)

Then you could find out what version of that module you were
running--e.g. using msinfo32 /category SWEnvLoadedModules
That display also give you the location of the module; so you could
then find its Properties, including perhaps which company created it.
If it was supplied by your ISP check with them, or find the equivalent
generic module to use instead. Etc.

Good luck
