Dialup connection wont allow sharing

When I create a dialup connection on my windows XP laptop or desktop I
cannot save it for use by all users on the pc or local net. Al long as I
leave it as it was created it will dial and connect. If I try to choose the
option to save for all users it will no longer authenticate when it connects
to Worldnet. Is there some way to get sharing to work?
