Starting yesterday, every time I start my PC, I get a Dial Up Connection
Window (Select Service I want to connect to, etc) popping up as soon as
Windows loads (WinXP Home). It hasn't been doing that before and I can't
think of anything I did that might cause this. Is there any way to stop
this from happening?
Thank you.

Did not consult www.google.com and asked this:

Have you scanned for Adware? A good program would be AdAware. (Also check
any newly installed or reconfigured programs to see if you've put something
on auto-update.)

From my chat notes:

Ad-aware - Download.com - Free downloads, shareware, and more.:
http://download.com.com/3000-2094-10...ml?legacy=cnet

If that doesn't work post back and we can then start the debugging process.

Thanks!! I've read the KB article and stepped through everything it said to
do. The window didn't pop up when I restarted, so maybe it worked?
I have several things that load at start up, but none that try to access the
net on their own. I have Ad-Aware, and it shows nothing installed.
