this 'a dialog box is open error' seems to be a plague... someone at
work is getting it when she tries to add a new personal contact, when
she clicks the "save and new" button. KBase article 223664 seems to
describe this problem, but they say
"When you attempt to add a user from your Global Address List (GAL) to
your Personal Address Book (PAB), you may receive the following error
message:
A dialog is open. Close it and try again.
When you click OK, the new contact dialog box remains open and the
contact information is added to your contacts. "
after reading that last part, i checked it, and i guess it does add it
to the contact list. but it doesnt blank all of the fields, and that
error pops up. is there any way to fix this behavior?
