After having used microsoft messenger it saves the user
account names in the dialog boxes on the drop down menu
such as (E-Mail Removed), followed by the password
field

this allows you to rapidly enter your account name by
clicking on the drop down menu in the username field

this now appears on any dialog box with a user and
password fields

for security reasons I want to clear the username email
addresses from the drop down menu

How do I do it?

Greetings,

You can remove Passports in the sign in list by clicking the Start Button, then click the
Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and
then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network
Passwords'. In the window that opens, you can remove accounts by clicking the passport you
wish to delete [denoted by (Passport)], and then click the 'Remove' button.
