When I boot up or my computer comes out of sleep mode I
get a Dialog from the AVG Resident Shield that states:
Trojan Horse Startpage 3.H Found infile C:\System Volum
Information\ restore{726E3D5E-49C-44C5-9BFC-73B65D72EB2C}
\RP110\A009716.dl Then it states: To Remove This Virus,
Run AVG For Windows I then run AVG virus for Windows
and the test is negative. No virus found. Please, how
can I fix this, it's driving me crazy. Help!! Weet

I think the situation is that a file is infected in the system volume
folder. The solution, I believe, is to turn off system restore, reboot, and
turn system restore back on.

All previous restore points will be lost by doing this but they're not much
good anyway if you have the faulty file.
