Dialog box when opening an exe file on server

Hi,

I have just renamed the domain name on my network.
After doing this, machines with win xp sp1 started to
display an dialog box, much like the onces you get when
downloading files from the internet.

I have other machines running just win xp, and they dont
get this dialog box.

Did I miss some trusting or something like that?

If any1 have a some info, qualifies as well as guesses it
will be much apriciated!
