There is a chance, and I want to stress it is a chance, that you fail to
notice a bar that appears on the task bar down below. It supposed to be
flashing.
If this is the case, this is how Vista is letting you know that it wants you
to intervene. Click on that flashing bar and another dialog box appears with
yes or no buttons (I think). That second box is self-explanatory. That
second box is from UAC it wants to make sure that you want it to allow this
file to be accepted by the system. After you disposed of that second box
your first box will say: "Buy Kristian" and disappear.
