Dialog box appearing at ~ -300, -300

This only appears if you have two monitors, especially on a
laptop for instance with the main monitor to the left and
up a bit of your main one, you catch the bottom of it. It
has some very bizarre buttons on it, which do actually
work, like hiding the tray icon and various others.. most
certainly shouldn't be there.

Uninstall and reinstall the program to see if it fixes the problem.
