Hi. I have a friend (an ex-pat Brit living in France) who is not very
computer-literate. He recently got hit by Dialer. Norton trapped and
apparently removed it, but he is still experiencing problems with a second
DUN appearing called "Check" with a phone number of "0". No matter how many
times he deletes it, it comes bouncing back

The dial-up prompt continually interrupts his on-line sessions and SpyBot
S&D, AdAware and Spyblaster are all now installed, but fail to detect or
remove the problem.

He needs some help with this and I'm going to be away for the next week.

Is there anyone here prepared to help him via email? - either that or a
quick fix !!
