Dear all,
I want to dial a number from my contact in outlook. I have to dial a number
via pbx. There will be "53", i have to dial before i get dial tone and then I
have to dial outside number.
How to do this.....

You have to setup things like that in OS's dialing properties. What OS are
you using? It may be under the Phone & Modem applet of the Control Panel
where you Location / Dialing Rules for things like dialing prefixes and such
