Its supposed to be here in Windows XP:
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\dialer.exe
But its not. It must have been deleted by accident. So does anyone know
how I can get it? Can I just copy it from the install CD? Doesn't it
have to be installed?

Do a search for "dialer" on the hard drive and CD. It might be listed
as "dialer.ex_" in which case it would need to be extracted to the
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\ folder.
