Hi

In the past I have had web sites put dialers onto my PC. This is not usually a problem as I just go into the registry and delete them. However, now something strange is happening which I believe is connected to rouge dialers

Whenever I boot up my PC it connects to the internet using my standard dialer to my ISP. It then just sits there and does not appear to be downloading anything. It doesn't even open up the web brouser (IE6). I have modified the prooperties eg I have turned off the "dial my default connection automaticaly" and tried other settings but the same thing still happens

I have checked for a virus and have ran ADAWARE and neither report a problem

I anyone knows what is happening I would be eternally gratefu

Eddie
