Dial-up settings

Hello,

I am having what I consider a strange problem with my dial-
up connection. I am trying to right-click to get the
properties of my dial-up connection and nothing happens.
Same thing when I try the "Change Settings of this
Connection" on Network Tasks. I am running the XP OS and
can't figure out what the issue is.

Any help would be appreciated.
