Dial-up server

My company is cutting cost. We want to setup a dial-up server. We have a
maximum of 5 concurrent users. If I install 5 internal modems on Windows
2003 server, will 5 users be able to dial in at the same time? Do I need 5
different phone numbers or one phone number? Do I configure RAS on Windows
2003 server? Do you have any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated.
