Dial up Networking setup

I would like to know if there is a way to install a dial
up network connection with preset properties from a CD
ROM. I am deploying a software package that I have
configured and wanted to also create a Dial up
connection/make new connection that will install without
the user having to do the work.

Anyone have any ideas are appreciated?
